Nrk Engineering Works & Poly Bags is situated right at No. 43-44 in Manikandan Nagar. If you know the Aruppukottai Main Road area, we are pretty easy to spot. We spend our days split between two very different things. On one hand, we have the engineering works going on, which involves a lot of metal and grease and the sound of tools. On the other hand, we manufacture and handle poly bags. It’s a busy place in Villapuram North Madura, specifically the Villapuram Colony section. The road outside is almost always packed with traffic, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns. We aren't a big corporation; we are just a local shop where we get our hands dirty every day. The workshop isn't polished or pretty, but it’s where the work happens. We start early in the morning, getting the machines warmed up and checking on the supplies. Being in a colony like this means we see a lot of the same people walking by. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets into everything, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning up our workspace. We have been here for a while and have become a part of the local scenery. It’s just a straightforward business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the engineering and the bag making, and head home when the sun goes down.
