Ucmas Abacus Class

Ucmas Abacus Class is located at No 1/201M in Sundar Nagar, Madurai. If you know the area, we are on 1st Main Street, right behind the Impala Hotel. It’s a relatively quiet part of Thirunagar, which helps the kids focus. Our classes are all about the abacus and mental math. We have a few rooms set up with low tables and chairs for the children. It’s quite a sight to see them moving their fingers on the abacus frames during a lesson. We aren’t a huge company with a polished office; it’s more like a local learning center. The walls have some posters about numbers, but other than that, it’s a very basic setup. Sometimes the kids get a bit loud when they are excited about getting an answer right, but that’s just how it goes with children. We’ve been running these classes for a while, and most of the families in the area know us. On the weekends, the place is full of activity from morning till evening. We try to keep things organized, but with so many kids coming and going, it can get a bit hectic at times. We don’t use any fancy teaching methods, just a lot of practice and repetition. Our focus is just on the kids and their progress with the numbers. It’s a very down-to-earth place where the main goal is just to help them learn a useful skill and get through their exercises without too much trouble.
