You can find Annai Tutorial College on Simmakkal Road, right by the Simmakal Bus Stop. It’s a very busy area of Madurai, so there is always the sound of buses and horns in the background while we are working. We aren't a big university or anything like that; we just provide extra help for students who need to pass their exams. The rooms are a bit small and can get quite warm in the Madurai heat, but we have fans running all the time. Students come in after their regular school hours or in the mornings if they are taking private exams. We have stacks of old question papers and textbooks piled up in the office. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The benches are crowded together to fit everyone in during the peak exam season. People come here because it’s easy to get to by bus. We spend a lot of time writing on the boards and checking student work. It’s a lot of repetition, but that’s how tutoring goes. We don't have any fancy signs or big marketing. People mostly hear about us from their neighbors or friends who came here before. It's just a straightforward place where we focus on the subjects and try to help the kids get their marks. Usually, we are here until late in the evening when the last bus leaves.
