We are located over in Viswanathapuram, which is in the northern part of Madurai. Our place is at P No 22, and it’s basically where we prepare all our food and beverage items. Madurai is known for its food, so we have a lot to live up to. We aren't a big factory with assembly lines; it’s more of a small-scale operation where we do things mostly by hand. We started this because we wanted to make products that taste like the stuff we grew up with. The kitchen area gets pretty hot, especially in the Madurai summer, but we keep at it. We use local ingredients whenever we can find them. We don’t have a big corporate office or a team of experts. It’s just us and a few helpers from the neighborhood making sure the bottles are filled and the packets are sealed right. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we expected, or a shipment gets delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are still learning the ropes of running a formal LLP, so things can be a bit disorganized at times. But we care about what we are making, and we hope that shows in the final product. It’s just honest food made by local people who love to eat. We hope that when people try what we make, they can tell it was made with real ingredients and not just processed in a giant plant.
