Pentagan Organic Farming Private Limited

We've been working on our land here in Kutthukalvalasai for a while now. It's right on the Madurai Main Road near Courtallam. The name Pentagan Organic Farming Private Limited is what's on the paperwork, but mostly we are just folks interested in growing things the right way without all the harsh chemicals. It's a lot of work, honestly. Dealing with bugs and the weather takes up most of our time. We started this because we saw how the soil was changing and wanted to do something different. Our place at 162(28) is pretty easy to find if you're driving through. Some days are better than others, especially when the rain doesn't come when it's supposed to. We keep things simple here. There aren't many fancy machines, just us and a few helpers getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the weeds get ahead of us, but that's just how it goes when you aren't using heavy sprays. It’s a quiet life mostly. We spend our mornings checking the crops and making sure the water is flowing right. If you stop by, you might see us out in the fields or just sitting near the gate taking a break. It isn't a huge operation, but we manage. We’ve learned a lot by just trying things out and seeing what grows best in this dirt. It’s basically just a group of us trying to make a living off the land here in this part of Tamil Nadu.
