Ben Agro And Dairy Farms Private Limited is based out of Madurai, specifically at 3, Alagar Raja Nagar along Alagar Koil Road. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main city but far enough that we have some space for the work we do. We handle both the farming side and the dairy side, which keeps us busy from before sunrise. The Alagar Koil Road is usually busy with traffic, but once you step into our area, things feel a bit more like the countryside. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us since we started and some newer faces from the neighborhood. The dairy part of the business is probably the most demanding. There’s no such thing as a day off when you have cows to look after. We aren't trying to be the biggest farm around; we just want to make sure the work is done right every day. The office is just a simple room where we keep track of everything. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with what we have. It’s just typical life in Madurai. We focus on the daily routine of milking, feeding, and checking the crops. It’s a straightforward life without any fancy decorations or big corporate talk. We just work hard and try to keep the farm running as smoothly as possible despite the heat.
