Youngman Woollen Mills Ltd.

We are out here in Village Seera, right off Rahon Road. Youngman Woollen Mills Ltd. has been part of this area for quite some time now. Being a bit away from the main city means things are a little different for us. The air feels different here. We deal with wool, so there’s always a bit of dust and the sound of machines running in the background. It’s a dusty job, but it’s what we know. The workers here mostly live nearby, so it feels like a community effort. We have our routines and we stick to them. Some days are long, especially when the orders pile up, but we just get through them. We aren't a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We are a factory floor with heavy machines and big rolls of material. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but that’s the nature of the work. We just keep our heads down and produce what’s needed. The road outside can get a bit rough after the rains, but trucks still make it through. We’ve seen many seasons pass from this spot. It’s honest work and it keeps a lot of people busy. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a simple way to look at things, and it has worked for us so far.
