We are located at C-137 in Phase-V of Focal Point. If you know Focal Point, you know it’s where all the heavy lifting happens. Our building is a standard industrial shed, nothing too fancy. We spend our days working on tools, specifically the kind that needs to be sharp and precise. The machines we have are older but they still do the job just fine. Sometimes we have to spend the whole morning just getting one setting right. It can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of the work. The guys on the floor have been with us for years, and they know the rhythm of the place. We drink our tea together in the small break area when we get a chance. There’s usually a layer of metal shavings on the floor by the afternoon, which we sweep up before heading home. It’s a practical environment. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished brochures. We just make the tools and send them out. The neighborhood is mostly other workshops and factories, so there’s a lot of noise during the day. We’ve gotten used to it over time. It’s a solid place to work, and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. Every tool that leaves here has had someone’s eyes on it. We don't worry about the small stuff as long as the work is correct.
