Endico Power Tools India is based in Shimlapuri, specifically at 1268/1269/3 and 1276/1 on Street Number 3. Shimlapuri is a busy place, and our street is no exception. We’ve got a couple of different sections here where we handle the production and storage of our power tools. It’s not a fancy setup, just a bunch of folks who know their way around motors and gears. We’ve been in this spot for years, and most of the neighbors know us by now. The work we do is pretty straightforward. We make tools that people use to build stuff. There’s always grease on someone’s hands and the smell of solder in the air. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks. We’d rather spend that time making sure the assembly line is moving properly. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with boxes being moved around and trucks trying to navigate the narrow street outside, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to make sure the tools we send out of Shimlapuri actually do what they are supposed to do. It’s a simple way of looking at things, but it’s how we’ve always done it. If you come by, you’ll see us just doing our daily tasks and keeping the machines running. It's a loud place but it's our place.
