Hitachi Koki India Pvt Ltd is located on the first floor of Bxv 980, right next to Gurdwara Pheruman. It’s a well-known spot because of the Gurdwara, so people usually have no trouble finding us. Our space here is more of an office and a service center rather than a big manufacturing plant. We deal with various power tools and handle the distribution and repair side of things for the area. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, a few display shelves for the tools, and a service counter. It’s not very large, but we make the most of the space we have. Since we are on the first floor, we get a good view of the street life outside. The area is always lively, and there’s a lot of local commerce happening all around us. We have a small team here that looks after the customers and manages the inventory. It can get a bit hectic when a lot of people come in at once for repairs or parts, but we just take it one by one. We don't have any grand mission statements on the walls. We just try to be helpful and make sure the tools people buy from us are working the way they should. It’s a practical, everyday business environment where we focus on the task at hand and try to be useful to our customers without any unnecessary fuss.
