We are located at Sco 7 on the lower ground floor of Pearl Palace in Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana. Being in the basement or lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler, which is nice during the Ludhiana summers. Ghumar Mandi is a very busy market area, so there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside our door. We provide different services from this office. It’s a pretty basic setup with some computers, a printer, and a few chairs for guests. We don't have a big sign or any flashy lights. Most people just stumble upon us or hear about us from someone else in the market. The office is a bit small, and we have to be careful with how we stack our files so it doesn't get too cluttered. We usually have tea delivered from the shop upstairs a couple of times a day. It’s a very casual place to work. We don't have a dress code or any strict rules like that. We just show up and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the vibe of Ghumar Mandi; it feels like the real heart of the city. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a nice routine. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for more files, but we don't mind. It's a comfortable enough space for us to spend our days. We don't really think of ourselves as a big company; we are just some people in Ludhiana working hard. It’s a practical way to spend the day.
