Venus Industrial Corporation

Our place is at 424 Industrial Area A, which is a busy part of town to be in. There is always a truck backing up or someone unloading something nearby. It gets pretty dusty around here during the dry season, especially with all the construction that seems to be going on lately. We’ve been operating out of this building for a good while now, and it shows its age in some spots, but it serves us well enough for what we do. The work is steady. We show up early, get the lights on, and start moving. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here; we all just do what needs to get done. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. The neighbors are all doing similar industrial work, so we help each other out with tools or advice when things get complicated. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of equipment and stacks of materials waiting to be processed. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture because it would just get covered in grease anyway. It’s an honest way to make a living. You go home tired and probably a bit dirty, but that’s just part of the trade. Sometimes the rain leaks through the roof a little bit if it's coming down really hard, but we know where to put the buckets. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the tasks at hand until it is time to close up.
