Our office is situated at 186-J in Sarabha Nagar, right near the Durga Mata Mandir in Ludhiana. It’s a well-known part of town, which makes it easier for people to find us. The pincode is 141001. We operate our export business from this building. It’s a pretty standard setup without any bells or whistles. When you walk in, you’ll see some desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We don't have a professional interior designer or anything like that. The walls are mostly bare except for a few necessary notices and a calendar. We spend our days mostly on the phone or answering emails. It can get a bit loud outside during the times when people are visiting the temple, but we’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. There is a sense of routine that keeps us going. We aren't trying to be a big corporate entity with fancy offices. We just need a place that works for our daily needs. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but it’s our space. We eat our lunch together most days, sometimes ordering from the small shops nearby. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business in Punjab. We just keep our heads down and focus on the export tasks that need to be finished by the end of the day.
