Asean Exports

Asean Exports is based right here at 48 D B R S Nagar. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big industrial zones, which we quite like. It’s a bit quieter, though we still keep a steady pace of work throughout the week. We’ve been here for a while, and the neighbors know us. We don't make too much noise, just the usual sound of boxes being taped up and the occasional delivery van coming by to pick things up. The office is small. We have a couple of desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We deal with various products that go out to different countries. It’s a lot of coordination. You spend half your day on the phone and the other half looking at shipping schedules. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just try to be decent people to work with. If someone sends us an order, we make sure it’s packed right and sent off as soon as possible. It’s not magic, just paying attention to the details. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to set them right. That’s how you keep going in this business. We don't have a big staff, just a few reliable people who have been with us from the start. It feels more like a family than a workplace most days. We drink a lot of tea and just try to get through the day's tasks without causing anyone any trouble.
