B. B. S. Exports is located at No. 1175/1 in Kalyan Nagar. It’s a pretty standard spot, nothing too flashy about it. We’ve been operating from here for a good while now. We handle a variety of items that we send out to different markets. Most of our work involves sitting at the computer and making sure all the paperwork matches up with what’s in the boxes. It can get a bit tedious, but it’s what keeps the business moving. We aren't a big operation. It’s just a handful of us here. We like the small-scale feel because we know exactly what’s happening with every single order. If you call us, you’re going to talk to someone who actually knows where your package is. We don't have an automated phone system or anything like that. We just answer the phone. The office can get a bit messy during the peak seasons when things are moving fast, but we always find what we need eventually. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We export things. That’s it. We try to be fair and honest about how long things will take. It’s a simple way of working, and it seems to work for the people we deal with. We’re just a local business trying to make a living and support our families. Every day brings something new, and we just handle it as it comes. We aren't trying to impress anyone.
