Threading Tools (India)

Our workspace is at E-126 in the Focal Point area, specifically over in the Phase 4 industrial sheds. Threading Tools (India) is basically exactly what the name suggests. We spend our days making the tools that cut threads into pieces of metal. It is very precise work, and if a machine is off by even a tiny bit, the whole batch ends up being no good, so we have to pay a lot of attention to the details. The sheds here can get really hot during the summer months, so we have a few big fans that mostly just move the warm air around the room. We’ve been at this location since the time when this part of Focal Point was a lot quieter than it is today. Now, there are trucks everywhere and it’s a constant struggle to find a place to park some mornings. We have a tiny office tucked away in the corner where we handle all the paperwork and the orders. It’s usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and old catalogs from years ago. The workers here have a lot of experience with the lathes and the grinding machines. We don't really do anything else besides these specific tools. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a deadline is coming up fast. It’s a lot of manual checking to make sure everything is right before it goes out.
