Swati Industries

We have been here at Swati Industries, located at D-74 in Phase-V of the Focal Point, for quite a while now. Dhandari Kalan is a busy place and it gets pretty loud with all the factories around us, but we are used to it. The workshop is where we spend most of our time. It is not fancy or anything like that. We just have our machines and the tools we need to get things done. Some mornings are slow when the tea guy is late, but usually, we start early. The floor is often covered in metal dust and oil, which is just part of the job. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. They know exactly how the old machines sound when they are running right. We do not spend much time in the office because there is always something to check on the floor. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait, which is frustrating, but we manage. People stop by the gate to ask about work or just to say hello. It is a simple setup. We do the work that comes our way and try to keep everything moving. The neighborhood has changed a bit over the years, with more buildings and more trucks on the road now. Still, we just keep showing up every day and doing what we know. It is just a regular place where work happens.
