Sonu Hair Salon

Sonu Hair Salon is right on the Main Road in Model Gram, Ludhiana. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We’ve been here for years, watching the traffic go by 141002. It gets quite loud during the rush hour with all the horns and people shouting, but inside the shop, we just keep working. The floor is usually covered in hair by mid-morning because we don't always have time to sweep between every single person when it's busy. I usually have a helper, but sometimes I’m just doing it all myself. The mirrors are a bit spotted and the ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name above the door. Most of our customers are from the houses nearby in Model Gram. They come in for a quick trim or a beard shave and we talk about whatever is happening in the city. I’ve lived in Ludhiana my whole life so I know most of the people who walk through that door. We don’t use any expensive products or anything like that. Just the basic stuff that works. Sometimes the water heater takes a while to warm up in the winter, but people don't seem to mind too much. It’s just a small shop where you can get your hair sorted out without any fuss or fancy talk.
