We opened up here on Pakhowal Road a while back, right near the Bhai Ball Gurudawara. It is a busy spot in Ludhiana and we see a lot of people passing by every day. Most mornings start with the mirrors getting wiped down and the chairs lined up. You can see the Blessing Resort right across from us, so there is always something going on outside with events and traffic. The shop has that smell of hair products and clean towels that just sticks around. We spend a lot of our time standing on our feet, cutting hair and talking to whoever walks in through the door. It gets quite loud sometimes when the street noise picks up outside St. No 5. We do not have anything fancy or high-end, just the basic tools we need to do the job. People come in for a quick trim or maybe something more involved if they have a party nearby. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so we are always grabbing the broom. It is just a normal place where we work every day. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break in the corner. It is not always a perfect setup, but we keep the place running and try to make sure the scissors are kept sharp. The lighting is bright so we can see what we are doing with the clippers and combs. Most of the regulars know us by name now.
