S.K. Shira Supply Company

S.K. Shira Supply Company is situated right on G.T. Road near Daba Road. It’s a noisy spot because of all the trucks and traffic passing by constantly, but it’s a good place for a supply business. We handle a lot of different items and materials that people in the area need. We started out small and we’ve just stayed here, doing our thing. The building is simple and we keep the supplies stacked where we can find them. It isn’t always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. Most of our day is spent loading and unloading or talking to people who pull over from the main road. G.T. Road is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment around here. We don’t have any slick sales pitches or anything. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don’t, we might know who does. It’s just honest work. We’ve got a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting and making sure the counts are right. The dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up a bit. We like being in this part of town because everyone passes through here eventually. We don’t need much else. Just a steady stream of work and keeping the customers satisfied with what they buy. That is how we have always run things here. We just take it one day at a time and deal with whatever comes down the road.
