Brs College

BRS College is located at 169, Street Number 1 in Bharat Nagar. We are right behind the PNB Bank near Bharat Nagar Chowk. There’s a Canara Bank back there too, so we’re basically surrounded by banks all over. The 141001 area is right in the heart of Ludhiana, so it’s always crowded with people going to work or the market. Our building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for what we do. It has that classic look you find in this older part of the city. We have a few classrooms and an office that’s usually piled high with papers and folders. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. The noise from the chowk is always there in the background, like a hum that never stops even in the evenings. Students are always coming and going through the front gate during the day. Street 1 is pretty narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just tell people to find a spot where they can nearby. Inside, the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it yet. It’s more important that the students have a place to sit and listen to the lectures. We aren't a big, fancy institution or anything. We’re just a local college doing our bit in Bharat Nagar.
