Sherpur Forgings

Sherpur Forgings is located at 1686 in the Focal Point area. If you’ve ever been around here, you know it’s a busy place with lots of trucks and movement. Our building is a bit older, and the sign out front has faded a little from the sun. Inside, it’s all about the forging process. It gets pretty loud with the hammers and the heat can be intense when we’re in the middle of a run. We don't have any polished floors or air-conditioned showrooms. It’s a working forge, so there's soot and the smell of hot metal everywhere. We’ve been doing this for a long time. Most of us learned the trade by just doing it every day. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. We just focus on the pieces we're making. Sometimes a job takes longer than expected, or a machine needs a bit of tinkering to get it right. We just handle it as it comes. People come to us because they know we understand how metal behaves. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the parts we send out are what they’re supposed to be. It’s a tough job, but it’s what we know how to do.
