Sharma Beauty Parlour

Sharma Beauty Parlour is located in Machhiwara. We are quite close to the Saheed Bhagat Singh School and the post office. It is a central spot in this part of Ludhiana district. I have been here for many years now. Most of the ladies in Machhiwara know me. We do all the usual things like eyebrows, hair coloring, and bridal work. It is a cozy place, nothing too grand. We have the school nearby, so in the morning it is very noisy with the kids, but then it settles down. I usually have a helper or two. We spend our days chatting with the customers about their families. That is how small towns are. You know everyone. We do not use a lot of fancy advertising. Word of mouth is how we get our business. People trust us because we have been here so long. The post office is right there, so sometimes people drop in after finishing their errands. We have a small bench outside for when it gets full inside. During the festivals, we are working till midnight sometimes. It is tiring but it feels good to help everyone look their best for the celebrations. We keep our supplies in wooden cabinets. It is a simple setup that works for us.
