Our facility is located in Ahmed Mandi Garh, right near the New White Marriage Place. It's a busy part of the area, especially when there’s a wedding or a big event going on nearby. We work with food products, mostly honey and related things, which is what the "api" part of our name is about. The building is pretty large because we need the space for storage and for the equipment we use to process everything. It smells pretty sweet inside most days. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while, and they know the routine inside out. It’s not a fancy office job; there’s a lot of lifting and moving containers around. The floor is concrete and we have to keep it clean, which is a constant task when you’re dealing with food. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. We just focus on getting the product ready and sent out to the people who buy from us. Sometimes the weather affects how things go, but we just adapt and keep moving. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the peak seasons. The floors get sticky sometimes, which is just what happens when you work with honey all day. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but you can’t rush some parts of the job. It's a bit of a trek to get out here, but it's where we have the space we need.
