Satya Tools

You can find Satya Tools at K-293 in Phase-VIII of the Focal Point area. Focal Point is always buzzing with activity and there is a lot of dust from all the trucks moving in and out of the industrial plots. Our place is basically a big room filled with shelves and tools. We have everything from small hand tools to bigger equipment parts tucked away in corners. It is not the most organized looking place to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is located. We spend most of our time helping people find the specific bit or tool they need for their own shops nearby. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the inventory. In the winter, it gets quite chilly inside the shed, so we wrap up warm and keep a small heater by the desk. We don't have a website or a fancy catalog. Most of our business is done face-to-face with workers and owners from the surrounding factories. Sometimes the neighbors drop by just to chat for a few minutes while they are out on a break. It is a very local kind of business. We open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. It is just about providing the tools that people need to get their own work done in this busy part of Ludhiana.
