Sarwan Tent House

Sarwan Tent House is located on Link Road, specifically near Daba Lohara Road 2. We deal with tents, chairs, and all the stuff you need for a function. Most of our work happens on weekends or during the wedding season. The rest of the time, we are just maintaining the fabric and cleaning the poles. The warehouse is big because tents take up a lot of space. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. My back usually aches by the end of the day. We have a crew of guys who go out to set everything up. I stay back and handle the bookings. It’s a messy business because things get dirty or torn. We spend a lot of time sewing and washing. It’s not as pretty as it looks when the lights are on at a party. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. People around Daba Lohara know us. We don't do fancy advertising. Just a sign outside. We try to be on time, but sometimes the truck breaks down or the traffic on Link Road is just too much. We do our best. It’s a lot of work for a few hours of an event. But it pays the bills. We just keep going, season after season. When the winter comes, it's non-stop. We barely sleep. But that's the nature of the tent house business. You work when the people are celebrating. Then we pack it all up and wait for the next call.
