Sahil Tea Stall

Sahil Tea Stall is right here on G T Road, near Bhuleshwar Road. Most mornings start pretty early for us. We get the stove going and start boiling the water before the sun even comes up properly. There’s a lot of dust and noise from the traffic on G T Road, but you get used to it after a while. People stop by when they’re headed to work or just passing through the area. We don't have fancy chairs or anything, just some basic spots to sit and have a cup. It’s a busy corner, and there’s always something happening outside. Sometimes it gets crowded, especially when the buses stop nearby. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The tea is what it is, just milk, sugar, and leaves. We don't try to make it more complicated than that. It’s hot and it wakes you up. The shop is small, and sometimes we run out of space if too many people come at once. But most folks don't mind standing for a bit while they finish their glass. It’s mostly just a place for a quick break. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It makes the day go by a bit faster when you can chat with a regular for a minute or two between making batches. The location on Bhuleshwar Road is convenient for most, so that helps us keep going every day and stay open for whoever needs a drink.
