Barista Lavazza

We are up on the second floor of Westend Mall, specifically at plot numbers 2 and 3, right on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. It's pretty easy to find us since we are right near the Hyatt Hotel and that Punjab Bank branch. Being in a mall means there is always something going on, especially on Saturday and Sunday afternoons when everyone is out shopping. We serve coffee and snacks, mostly to people who are tired of walking around the mall or waiting for a movie to start. The place isn't massive, but we have enough chairs for folks to take a break. It gets a bit busy behind the counter sometimes, and we might take a minute when there’s a rush, but we do our best to keep things moving. Ludhiana is a city that loves its food and drinks, and we are just one of the many spots on Ferozepur Road. It’s a bit of a routine for us now. We come in, get the machines ready, and wait for the first customers. It’s a nice enough spot to sit and watch people pass by in the mall corridors. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a coffee shop where you can grab a cup and maybe a sandwich. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the mall life. It gets noisy with the music from other stores, but that is part of the job.
