Arora Refreshment

We’ve been here at Shop No -1&2 in Civil Lines for a good while now. It’s right on Fountain Chowk Market, so there’s always people passing by. People in Ludhiana know where we are. We just keep the place open and serve what we have. It’s a busy spot. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much, especially in the evenings when everyone is out near the market. We don't have fancy chairs or anything like that. It is just a regular shop where you can stop for a bit. My family helps out too. We open early most days. The traffic around the chowk is always noisy, but that is just how it is in this part of town. If you are walking around Civil Lines, you will see us. We have two shops combined, number one and two. It makes it easier to manage the storage and the counter. We don't do much advertising. People just find us. We mostly focus on getting things ready for the morning rush. It's not a big operation. Just us working here every day. We see the same faces every morning. Some people have been coming since we first opened. We try to keep things simple. It gets hot in the summer, but the fans keep it okay. We are just a local refreshment place in Ludhiana. There isn't much to it besides that. We just do our work and go home when the day is done.
