Cafe Coffee Day

Our Cafe Coffee Day branch is located at 1105, Kiran Villa. We are in Tagore Nagar-B, which is part of Civil Lines in Ludhiana, Punjab. It’s a nice enough area, though it gets quite busy. The building is called Kiran Villa, and we’ve been here for a good while. It’s not like the big malls where everything is shiny. Here, it’s more about the local people who stop by. We have some regulars who come in every single day. We know their names and what they usually want. The staff here is just a bunch of us who live nearby. We spend our time cleaning tables, making sure the machines are working, and chatting with people. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to fix them on the fly. It gets really cold here in the winter, so we stay busy. Ludhiana is a hardworking city, and we see that in our customers too. Everyone is always in a rush, but they still find a few minutes to sit down. We don't have anything special going on, just the usual daily routine of a coffee shop. It's a lot of standing around and waiting for the next rush. We just try to keep the place tidy and the lights on. It’s a decent place to spend the day.
