Costa Coffee

You can find us on the ground floor of the Silver Arc Mall, right on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. It is a busy spot, especially on the weekends when everyone is out shopping or catching a movie. We are pretty close to the Park Plaza hotel too, so we get a lot of people walking over from there. It is usually quite a mix of folks in here, from students with their laptops to families taking a break from the mall. We spend most of our shift making lattes and cleaning up tables. The mall can get pretty loud, but inside here it is a bit more relaxed. We have been in this location for a while now and know some of the regulars who come in every morning. Ferozepur Road is always packed with cars, so it is a good place to duck into when you want to get out of the heat or the noise for a bit. We just keep the coffee going and try to make sure there are enough chairs for everyone. It is a straightforward job, mostly just grinding beans and steaming milk all day long. Ludhiana is a fast city, so people are often in a rush, but we try to keep up with them as best we can. It’s a nice enough place to work and meet people from all over 141001. We just take it one order at a time and keep the machines running.
