Sahdev Exports Pvt. Ltd.

We are set up near Jain Colony, right where G. T. Road meets Daba Road. It’s a spot that gets a lot of dust from the passing trucks, but that’s just part of being on the main road. Sahdev Exports Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. It’s a functional space, mostly just rooms for filing and a place to sit and talk. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. People just come to the side door. We spend our time looking over export documents and calling the factories. It can get pretty stressful when things are running late, but we just deal with it. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat at the desk because there's always something to do. The guys in the back handle the heavier stuff while I stay on the phone. We’ve had the same sign out front for ages and it’s a bit faded now. We don't really care about how things look as long as the work gets done correctly. It's a family-run kind of thing, so we all pitch in where needed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just stay here and work until the job is finished for the day.
