Rohan Refreshment

You can find Rohan Refreshment in New Kartar Nagar, which is part of the Salem Tabri area. It’s a local spot where we serve things to drink and quick bites to eat. The shop is small and we don't have many people working here, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you’re cleaning a glass and the next you’re out front talking to a customer. Salem Tabri is a lively place to be, and New Kartar Nagar has a lot of houses nearby, so we get a good mix of people. We’ve had this shop for some time, and the interior hasn't changed much since we started. There are a few tables and chairs, and we try to keep them as clean as we can. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but we wipe things down regularly. The mornings are usually slow, giving us time to get everything ready, but it picks up in the afternoon when students or workers are looking for a break. We don't do anything fancy. It's just a place to sit for a minute and have something cold or hot. Sometimes we run out of ice or the milk delivery is late, and we just have to make do. It’s a simple business and we like the people who live around here. We just stay open and serve whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have to fix the ceiling fan when it starts making noise.
