Rimple Machine Tools

Our shop is at 2658 Dhuri Line in Ghatkopar West. It’s a busy area and the street is always full of people and carts. We deal with machine tools, which means we have a lot of heavy, oily parts sitting on the floor and on the shelves. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, but it’s a real working shop. We spend our days measuring things and helping people find the right tool for their lathes or mills. We’ve been in Ghatkopar West for quite some time now. The neighbors know us, and we know them. Sometimes it gets really loud when the nearby shops are all working at once, but that’s just the sound of the neighborhood. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have a phone that rings a lot and a ledger where we write down what people owe us. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the suppliers and the customers. We have a small fan that tries its best to keep us cool in the summer, but it doesn't do much. We just drink a lot of water and keep going. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. They know we don’t have a fancy setup, but they also know we have the parts they need tucked away somewhere in the back.
