We are over at 180-B in the Industrial Estate on Link Road. It’s a good spot for us because we are right near Sandhu Motors, which almost everyone in this part of town knows about. If you’re driving down, just look for the motor shop and we’re just a stone's throw away in the Dholewal area. Our shop is filled with all sorts of machinery parts and spares. It’s the kind of place where things are stacked up on high shelves and you might have to move a few boxes to find exactly what you’re looking for. We don’t have a fancy computer system that tracks every single bolt; we just know where things are from years of being here. The Link Road traffic is loud all day long, but you get used to the constant sound of horns and engines after your first week. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the stock we keep, but it works for us. People come in looking for specific spares that they can't seem to find elsewhere, and we usually have something in the back that will fit the bill. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on the block, just a reliable one where you can get your parts and get back to your own work. It’s a bit greasy at times because of the metal parts, but that’s just part of the trade. We drink a lot of tea and talk.
