Lane 14 in Janta Nagar is where you’ll find us. We’re right near the Golden Par landmark, which most people in the area know. Our workshop at 1462 is a place where we do a lot of precise work with tools and dies. It’s a craft that takes a lot of years to really get right. Most of the people working here have been doing this since they were young. We don’t have any big corporate meetings or fancy reports. We just look at the metal, check the measurements, and get to work. The shop is a bit cluttered with pieces of steel and old molds, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We usually have grease on our hands and dust on our clothes by noon. Janta Nagar is a place where everyone is busy doing something, and we fit right into that. We don’t spend money on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We are just a local industry doing our part. Sometimes we have a coffee and sit on the bench outside for a few minutes to catch our breath. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We take the work as it comes and try to do right by the people who trust us. The dies are what we know, so that is what we do.
