Down in Shiv Im Lane in Sunder Nagar, you’ll find us at Ramson Exports India. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in this lane, especially when two cars try to pass each other at the same time. We’ve gotten used to the noise of the street and the neighbors popping in to say hello. Our workspace is crowded with samples and boxes, and there’s always a stack of documents waiting for someone to sign them. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we come to work. Most of the guys have been here for a long time, so we don't really need to explain much to each other anymore. We just get on with the tasks. Morning starts with clearing out the messages from overnight. Then it’s a lot of checking on orders and making sure things are packed correctly. Sunder Nagar is a nice enough place to be based, even if the parking is a nightmare. Sometimes we walk down the street to get some snacks in the afternoon when things get a bit slow. It isn't anything like those corporate offices you see on TV. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to stay on top of everything. We handle what comes our way and try not to let the stress get to us too much.
