Ram Singh & Brothers

Ram Singh & Brothers is located at 324 G T Road, right on the Mathhikere Main Road. It’s a high-traffic area, so there is always something going on outside our front door. My brothers and I have been working together here for years, and we have a rhythm that mostly works, even if we get on each other's nerves sometimes. The shop is filled with various items we’ve collected over the years, and it’s not always easy to find what you’re looking for right away. We usually have to move three things to get to the one thing a customer actually wants. The dust from the main road settles on everything, so we spend a lot of time wiping down surfaces. It’s a straightforward business without any hidden layers. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. The lunch hour is usually spent sitting on some crates in the back, eating whatever we brought from home and talking about the news. We don’t have a website that gets updated or any of that modern stuff. People just know where we are and they stop by when they need something. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but you can still read the name well enough. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid, which is all we really ask for.
