R R Tools Corporation

Our shop, R R Tools Corporation, is over at 27-B Industrial Area A. We are in the Industrial Area-A Extension part, which is a bit newer than some of the other sections around here but still feels very industrial. There are big warehouses all around us and the roads are built for heavy trucks. We spend most of our time dealing with tools and hardware. The building is a simple concrete structure that stays relatively cool in the mornings. We have a lot of metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to use a tall ladder to get stuff down for people, which can be a bit of a chore. We aren't really the type of place that has a fancy office with chairs for people to sit. It’s more of a get-in and get-what-you-need kind of atmosphere. We usually have a few deliveries coming in or going out at any given time, so the front area is often blocked with wooden pallets. We’ve been working in Industrial Area A for several years and have seen a lot of businesses come and go. We just stay focused on the tools and making sure we have enough stock for whoever walks through the door. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The sun sets behind the big factory next door, and that’s usually when we start packing up.
