R G Tools

R G Tools has been a part of Ludhiana for quite some time now. We are located at 2153/6. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. You’ll find shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We mostly sell hand tools and small equipment to people in the neighborhood. It’s the kind of place where you can find that one specific screw you lost. I took over the shop from my father, and he took it over from his. We haven't changed much over the years. The floorboards creak a little, and the front door sticks if it’s been raining. We don't mind. It gives the place character. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming here since they were kids. We spend a lot of time just chatting about what’s happening in town. Business is usually steady, though some days are quieter than others. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here at 2153/6. We keep a ledger for the accounts and do everything by hand. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We enjoy being a small part of the community here in Ludhiana. It is not much, but it is ours. We stay busy and we stay happy.
