Our facility is tucked away in Mittal Kanda Lane, right off the G T Road in Dhandari Kalan. This is a heavy industrial area. It’s not exactly the quietest place to work. There are big trucks rumbling by on the main road all day and night. The air always has that smell of industry and dust. We operate out of a fairly large shed in Industrial Area-C. It’s a practical setup with high ceilings and concrete floors. They stay cool even when the sun is baking the roof. We spend the majority of our time managing the inventory. Dealing with the logistics of moving bottles around takes up the rest of the day. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting crates and moving things on trolleys. The staff here is mostly local guys from around Dhandari Kalan or nearby parts of Ludhiana. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a delivery or cleaning out the tanks. It’s a grind, honestly, but it’s what we know how to do. The lane itself is a bit narrow. It can be a struggle when two big vehicles try to pass each other. We’ve had plenty of days where things went wrong, but we just keep going. It’s a basic operation. We don’t try to make it seem like anything else. That is just how we work every single day.
