Our facility is located in the Mittal Kanda Lane within the industrial area of Dhandari Kalan. It’s right off the C.G.T. Road, which is always packed with lorries and workers. We are in the beverage business under the name Punjabland Beverages Pvt. Ltd. It’s a loud place sometimes because of the machinery and the trucks coming in to load up. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of our space is taken up by the production lines and the crates. We have a crew that’s been with us for a while. They know how to handle the machines and the bottles. We spend a lot of time checking the seals and making sure the labels are straight. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The industrial area is a tough place but it’s good for business because everything is close by. We don't do much talking; we mostly just focus on the output. Every morning we have a quick look at what needs to be shipped out. Then the noise starts and we work until the evening. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a big order to finish. We are just a group of people making drinks in a busy part of town. We don't use big slogans. We just make sure the product is ready for the market. Being in Dhandari Kalan means we are part of the local industrial life. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living for us.
