Primary School 3 Anganawadi Kendra

Down on Sekhewal Road, you'll find our little center at number 1028. It’s right near New Shivpuri, a busy part of Ludhiana where everyone seems to be in a rush. This is an Anganawadi Kendra, so we mostly deal with the very young ones from the local families. The space isn't huge, but it gets the job done for the daily activities we run. Most days start with the kids arriving and we get them settled in. It's a lot of noise and energy, as you can imagine with small children. We spend time on basic stuff like teaching them numbers or just making sure they get a decent meal during the day. The building is tucked away in a spot that can be a bit crowded with traffic outside. Inside, it's just plain rooms where the kids sit on the floor or small mats. There's always something to do, whether it's checking on the health of the toddlers or talking to the mothers who stop by. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big playground. It’s a simple setup for the neighborhood. Sometimes the light is a bit dim in the back rooms, and things get a little chaotic when everyone is talking at once. But this is where the local community brings their kids, and we’ve been part of this street for quite a while now. It’s just how we operate.
