Prem General Stores

Prem General Stores is situated at the corner of the 1st Cross on Gill Road, over in Manjunatha Nagar. We’re right off Magadi Main Road, which is always humming with noise and people moving about. Our store carries a bit of everything, from notebooks and pens to soaps, snacks, and basic household tools. It’s one of those places where you can usually find that one odd thing you forgot to buy elsewhere. The shop is pretty small, so we have to be clever about how we stack the boxes and display the items on the walls. It’s a bit of a jumble sometimes, but we know exactly where every single item is kept even if it doesn't look like it. Being near the cross means we get a lot of foot traffic from people walking to the main road for their commute. We don't have any fancy marketing or big signs. People just know us because we’ve been here at this spot for so many years. The floor is a bit worn down from all the feet walking in and out every day, but that’s fine with us. We open up early and stay open until the street finally gets quiet at night. It’s just me and a helper most days, keeping things moving. We don't have a big corporate story to tell anyone. We’re just a local general store trying to provide what the community needs at a price they can afford. It’s simple, honest work.
