Superfine Trading Company is up on the first floor at number 1981, Old Nagardas Road, right in Firoze Gandhi Market. Being on the first floor means we have to carry everything up the stairs, which keeps us fit. The market outside is always bustling with activity. Our office is a mix of desks, filing cabinets, and samples of whatever we’re trading at the moment. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are stacks of paper that need filing and boxes waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking through invoices. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear, so we have to keep the windows shut. We aren't a massive firm. It’s just a small group of us handling the daily operations. We deal with various goods and suppliers, so every day is a little different. Firoze Gandhi Market is a good place for business because everyone is nearby. We don't go for big presentations or marketing gimmicks. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure things move along as they should. It can get a bit frantic during the peak season, but we manage. We just keep things simple and stay focused on the work at hand on Old Nagardas Road. It’s been our home for a while, and we know the neighbors well. Things usually work out okay.
