M S Deosi India is located over at Plot No. 10149 on Street No. 32 in Janta Nagar. It’s an industrial area, so it’s pretty loud and dusty most of the time. We’ve got machines running throughout the day and there is always the smell of oil and metal in the air. We aren't a big factory with thousands of workers. It’s just a local shop where we make parts and handle metalwork. Our doors are usually open so we can get a bit of a breeze in, but that also means the street noise comes right in with it. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us or live nearby. We spend our time at the lathes or welding, depending on what needs to be done. It’s hard work and our hands are usually greasy by ten in the morning. We don't wear suits here. It’s boots and work clothes every day. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just life in Janta Nagar. We’ve been at this spot for years and we know the neighbors well. We just keep making what we make and try to get the orders out on time. It’s a basic operation, but it keeps us busy and we like working with our hands.
