Pal General Store

Pal General Store is located right on J Block Road in BRS Nagar. Our shop number is 287/100, and we are quite close to the Gurudwara Sahib, which makes it easy for people to stop by after their prayers. We’ve got a lot of stuff packed into this small space. It might look a bit messy to some, but we know exactly where every single item is kept on the shelves. From soap to snacks, it's all tucked in there somewhere. The morning starts with unloading bread and milk crates. It’s a small family operation, really. Sometimes my son helps out after his school hours. We get to know the families living around here because they come in almost every day for something they forgot to buy earlier. The fan overhead makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when it's hot outside. We don't have a website or any of that, just the physical shop where you can walk in and talk to us. If you need something specific, you just have to ask. Often, we’re just chatting with the neighbors about the weather or the local news while bagging things up. It’s a basic life, running a store in Ludhiana. We try to keep the stock fresh and the prices fair. There’s no big secret to how we do things, just showing up every day and serving whoever walks through the door.
