You’ll find Osho Tools (P) Ltd. out on Chandigarh Road in the village of Jandiali. It’s a bit outside the main city hustle, which we actually quite like. The air is a little clearer out here, though the road gets plenty of trucks moving back and forth. We focus on making tools and handling hardware. Our facility is pretty large because we need the room for the machines. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the hum of the factory floor in the background. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just make tools and try to get them out the door on time. Most of the guys here live nearby in Jandiali or the surrounding villages. We’ve got a routine that works for us. We start early while it’s still cool and try to get the heavy work done before the midday heat. The office part is just a few desks near the front entrance. We keep it simple. There isn't any corporate fluff here. If the tools work well, we’re happy. If they don't, we fix the process. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it’s kept us going for years on this road. We have a small tea stall nearby where we usually go for breaks. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs and talk about non-work stuff for a bit.
