Our office is based in Ghumar Mandi, specifically at House No. B-19/229 on Mahal Bhagat Civil Street. If you have ever been to Ghumar Mandi in Ludhiana, you know it is one of the most crowded places you can find. The streets are narrow and always full of people shopping. We work in the spirits industry, which involves a lot of logistical work and record-keeping. We don't have a fancy storefront or a big sign outside. We operate out of a regular house that has been converted into our workspace. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and boxes, but it serves our purpose. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and making sure the inventory is moving the way it should. We don't have a marketing team or a PR person to write nice things about us. We are just a few people who have been in this trade for a while. The noise from the market outside is constant, with horns honking and people shouting. We’ve just learned to ignore it. Sometimes the paperwork gets overwhelming, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of rules. We just handle our business in a practical way. Being in the heart of the city means we are close to everything, even if the traffic is a nightmare most days. That is just part of living and working in this part of town.
