Newgem Forge India Private Limited is located over at Janta Nagar on Jaimal Singh Road. Our address is B21/357. It is right in the heart of the industrial section of Ludhiana. If you walk down the road, you can hear the sound of work happening all around. Our place is no different. We have been at this location for years and it feels like home to most of us who work here. The building isn't anything special to look at from the outside but it has everything we need to get our forge work done. Jaimal Singh Road is always packed with people and vehicles, so getting things delivered can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just deal with it. The air inside the unit is usually warm because of the machines and the work we do. We have a small office area blocked off where we handle the billing and talk to customers. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and spare parts sitting on the tables. We don't really have a cleaning crew coming in every hour, so there is usually a bit of grease and dust, which is normal for a forge. We prefer it this way. It feels like a real place where things are actually made. We know the other folks in Janta Nagar well and we often help each other out with tools or advice.
